Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, a colleague from your firm is welcome to attend in your place. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 business hours prior to the seminar date and a full credit (valid for one year) will be issued toward another ATLAS or SFI conference. If you must cancel within 72 hours, a $250 administrative fee will be deducted from the credit voucher. No credit card or cash refunds will be granted. "No-shows" will be charged as attending. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled the liability of Atlas/SFI will be limited to a full refund or credit of the registration fee provided that the circumstance of cancellation is within the reasonable control of Atlas/SFI. In the event the cancellation is due to a significant risk to life or health, such as war, terrorism, biological agent , communicable disease or a weather related event , a credit will be offered to attend the rescheduled program or another Atlas program.
